One of the most disgusting looking hotels. We stormed out of there. No smoking is allowed in the building yet our room smelled like smoke and had cigarette burns on the pillow cases! Dirty walls and bed frames! We got moved to another room which was supposed to be better. It didn’t smell but had cockroaches!!! We also had crackheads chilling by the parking lot…felt totally unsafe in the hotel and outside. The bed was firm, water hot and soap body wash mini lotion provided. I stayed in a King room on the ground floor that air conditioning is not working properly. Because of that a window was open and there’s no chair. Morning staff told me this is why the room wasn’t being rented out. I was offered another room upstairs (no elevator) and was frankly to tired to lift my heavy suitcase . The shower should have been cleaned of the mold around the edges. No water or cups provided. No washcloth. What bothered me the most was the instant coffee for the continental breakfast . It would have made the world of difference to have fresh brewed coffee and say bananas. Near the magic castle I have to say the garbage left on the outside landing greeted us when we arrived and it was gross ya know? Also screams in the night. Some poor soul was murdered.
