Furnished with amenities. Ideal for short-term usage. Great beach access and walking along “The Strand” to downtown shopping and restaurants. Small shared courtyard with the upstairs (full-time) tenants. Sorry, street parking only. Since we are very close to the beach, in typical beach-town fashion, parking \*can\* be challenging. Please note that parking is not always available adjacent to the property. But this location will not disappoint being so close to the beach and only 4 properties away from the sand. This vacation rental has a Manhattan Beach business license allowing for short-term stays. Mandatory TOT ("Transient Occupancy Tax") taxes of 14% apply and will be reflected in guest charges. Absolutely no parties — we do not want to lose our rental privileges, and we wish to be respectful to the neighbors in our wonderful neighborhood. There was even soap, shampoo, and conditioner available in the shower. Also, a very nice neighborhood, close to the beach, with helpful neighbors upstairs (I had a bit of trouble checking in, and they were ready to help).
