njoy a recently renovated 1BR/1BA ADU with a brand-new kitchen and bathroom. This cozy 400 sq. ft. unit offers private entry, a comfortable queen-size bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. Share a backyard and unheated swimming pool with other units on the property, and relax in the outdoor seating area. The unit is fully equipped with a heater, portable AC, 55" TV, and kitchen essentials.

Though there is no dedicated off-street parking, free street parking is available nearby. Guests have access to the pool and common areas, with the pool being gated for safety. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. A waiver must be signed before check-in.
