Plenty of bed space available. I would recommend a bigger dining room table to fit more people and more seating in the living room since the property can sleep 10\. The backyard is nice. I really wanted to enjoy sitting by the pool but it was cold and rainy when we were there. It was me, my husband, our 3 sons and 1 daughter-in-law that stayed there. We were in town for my dad and step mom's 50th anniversary party. Check in was easy and the the handy renter's manual given out prior to getting there helped a lot. Property boasts a game room/garage but there were no games in the garage. There was a foosball table in the house. Kitchen is sufficient for a stay and we cooked breakfast there one morning.
