I have had some questionable experiences with rental properties in the past, and I booked this property on a whim. The house is not only gorgeous, but perfect for individuals, families and large parties. The multiple levels allow privacy while still allowing guests to gather and enjoy each other's company. The home is spectacularly clean, the beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the small touches and extra amenities were not lost on me. The home is in a great location, and as a single woman traveling alone, I I never once felt unsafe. Lastly, the host is wonderful. Not intrusive, but easily accessible and very accommodating. The house is beautiful; it’s modern, well-designed, well appointed (Sonos, automatic blinds, great kitchen, etc.) and well furnished (comfy sofa, chairs, and beds). The house has good communal spaces for the entire family to hang out, but is laid out so that you can find a quiet spot to grab some alone time, too. The house is located in a fantastic location. We were able to walk to the beach, to the canals, to some great coffee shops and restaurants, and to the shops on Abbot Kinney. Eric was a great host, extremely responsive and very focused on giving us the best possible experience. Check-in and check-out were a snap. The host - Eric - was extremely responsive to any questions I had. The house was amazing!!! Everything was clean and orderly and Eric made sure all the directions were detailed.
