We have been in this place several times. Great location, friendly staff, well maintained due to recent renovations and reasonable price.
The disappointment was very weak and unreliable WiFi. We ended up using our data ($15) to access the internet. We brought this to the office attention and they promised to bring it to the IT attention. With minimum amenities (no breakfast, no coffee , no swimming pool or gym, etc. ) it was very important for us to have at least access to WiFi. So, you need to look at your own requirements to make an informed decision.
