"Overall our stay was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms could use some upgrades but it did not stop our fun and great time. Went to Touch of Italy in the morning for breakfast. They were understaffed and the waitress was rude. Could have been because she was alone, but if you are telling someone that you are a hotel guest because that is what we were told to say due to the vouchers. Your response should not be “I don’t care.” She tried to redeem herself but it was too late. I would stay at the hotel again but would not visit the restaurant onsite."
