« This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint! The location is amazing and the lake views are priceless. Easy access to walking trails just a five minute drive away - the snow kept our walks short but we hope be back in the spring to take full advantage. « Property and location were great. Well worth staying. Having a dock right outside your door was fantastic and made it easy to get out on the water each morning and closing the boat up for the night (while drinking a cheeky beer) just as easy.The boat launch on site that is shared with the houses on Interlaken as well the surrounding Smith Point neighbors was a little tricky. There is a large rock restricting the entrance to the water and two large rocks in the water, which meant the trailer...

« Easy communication. Directions to home said not to use gps - but the directions were not accurate. Gps worked for others just fine. Downstairs smelled very damp and musty and the whole house was dirty. Food and mouse poop in pullout couch. Top bunk unmade. Dirt and hair on bathroom floors. 1/2 (opened) bag of marshmallows left on counter along with sleeve of graham crackers. Despite all this we still had a fun family night there and once windows opened it smelled fine. »
