It features 1 Bedroom with a Queen Bed and a Double Bed. There is a loft with two twins suitable for children, is accessible by ladder upon request at no charge. The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower. There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided), chiminea, and a picnic table. This unit sleeps a max of 4 adults. The kitchenette features a two burner stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker plus all the basic utensils, plates, cups etc. We are pet friendly only for registered pets (a $50 per pet fee applies). We are walkable to Lake Winnipesaukee, the town docks and public boat launch, and to the shops and restaurants along Main Street. We are two doors down from Foss Field which runs along Back Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee which has pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, a big grassy area. The entrance to the Cotton Valley Rail Trail is a few doors down in the other direction. Long distance communication with Melissa and the in-person interactions with the lovely staff on site was all easy, timely, clear, smart, friendly & very sympathetic when an issue arose with one of the visiting pets. These are the nicest people in the world, and well as fabulous hosts and managers. The cabins themselves are perfect: clean, cozy, full of lakeside character. Lots of amenities. Beautiful grounds.
