"Angela at the front desk is awesome! Very friendly and nic3 staff. Love the ducks, complimentary selection of water. Good place to stay if u r going on a cruise, They provide shuttle services and let you check in early if a room is available. Top notch service. (Fyi just watch out for the elevator)"

"As regulars to the Queen Mary Hotel, we find Elle, the front desk person who signed us in, to be thoughtful, efficient, and kind. Diosdado (aka, Dado), our waiter at the Promenade Cafe, is likewise consistently helpful and attentive. Our bedding was comfortable. When we requested a second chair, it arrive within a few minutes. Likewise, a second set of towels arrived quickly, within ten minutes of our request. It's lovely to stroll around the property at the Queen Mary, both the inside promenade and the outside decks. The Queen Mary is a gem of a property with historic old world charm and a gracious and caring staff. Well done Queen Mary Staff."
