"The location was nice in the middle of the mall with lots of restaurants and places to go. Parking was at the mall parking lot a little bit away from the hotel but not bad. Staff were great, especially Juan who checked us in. Very helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, a little small. Overall, no issues and I would stay there again."

"The stay was amazing! The staff were all so kind and helpful. We ordered room service that was delicious!! I was there for a Marathon and when we were pushing our check out time the staff was incredibly accommodating and so kind! 10/10. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We stayed at this hotel for the Long Beach marathon; we literally just slept there. Everything was perfect: a clean hotel, and the food was good. My only BIG problem is that IDK if the bedsheets were clean; they were wrinkled, and we travel and stay in many hotels, and I have NEVER experienced this. I was too tired to address it at night because we had plans to check out at 5 am to even deal with this. So now thinking about it. I am not happy about this, and I know the hotel will not refund me the money for this night."
