"Staff was excellent in helping getting a disabled person and luggage up to lobby, Only reason I gave a 4 star on maintenance was the elevator was down being worked on to get up to lobby."

"Great hotel, the only negative thing was the bathroom was tiny. You could literally wash your hands while sitting in the toilet. Very uncomfortable and I’m a tiny woman. Can’t imagine for a bigger person. We were in the first floor and both our windows faced a wall so keep that I mind if looking for a view. We didn’t mind since we’re there 1 night."

"We were just staying 1 night between our flight and cruise. This hotel is a destination on its own. I would come and stay for 3-4 nights and not leave the property. So lovely! And Fuego’s is exceptional!"

"The property is a bit removed from the action and we often had difficulty obtaining ride share. The hotel landscaping is in need of professional help, especially the entrance and pool area. The room was as clean as could be with outdated nicked and scratched vanity, tables and woodwork and old furniture. The staff was very friendly, including the very complete complimentary breakfast crew."
