"The beds were pretty terrible. We sunk into the holes on each side of the bed. The breakfast space was so full, our family sat in the reception area. The food was spilled all over the counters - the poor staff couldn't keep anything stocked. We waited at least 5 min for someone to find spoons. It was alright overall, but there are other hotels for the same price that are a bit better. "

"My only disappointment was the need to pay to park my car in a parking lot around the hotel. $15 was a lot to add to each nights stay and unless we are paying for someone who patrol the area to ensure the of our car, belongings and persons are safe it is just another way for Hyatt to make $ off their customers "

"The staff was wonderful from check-in, happy hour, breakfast buffet and restaurant. All food and cocktails were delicious. The lounge area and eating areas were nice. The only drawback was the condition of the carpet above the community area and the maintenance of the faucets in the bathroom. Others reviews mentioned it. All that said we would stay there again because everything else was wonderful. "
