La limpieza a la habitación hay que solicitarla todos los días por qué si no, no la limpian. Se les comunicó que se había acabado el jabón líquido de baño y nunca llegaron a llenarlo. Los desayunos todos los días el mismo. Pero lo peor fue que yo estaba en el piso 4 y el elevador se quedó detenido y el sistema de alarma no funcionaba, estuvimos atrapados en el elevador casi por 15 minutos, uno de las personas que estaba se contactó por celular con la recepción y contestaron que ya habían llamado al ingeniero y no dieron ninguna solución, gracias a una persona que tocó el botón de afuera en el piso 2 la puerta se abrió y pudimos salir, éramos 6 personas atrapadas. Luego de eso los siguientes 3 días tuvimos que usar todos los días las escaleras para llegar al cuarto piso, solicitamos el cambio de habitación y tampoco nos pudieron cambiar de habitación. La experiencia no fue buena.

We enjoyed our stay in a luxurious suite. Fantastic service. The bar was lovely, although a bit crowded on Friday night, with fabulous live music! Would definitely book again.

I was enjoying a solo staycation. The vintage layout of my room was superb. The staff ensured I had everything I needed while.enjoying my time. I visited both Chef's Palette, the property's restaurant, and the Rooftop Lounge, pool and bar, one word immaculate. The restaurant's layout was artistic and the food was great. The Rooftop Lounge, has the best scenic views as I enjoyed looking at the Dallas Skyline. The pool was great and clean. There was plenty of lounge area for guests to enjoy the FIFA games. I would highly recommend to others to visit Canvas Hotel Downtown. It will not disappoint.

I LOVE Valencia hotels and the Caravan Court is a great addition with the little touches that make their properties so special. Great location, wonderful pool, comfy room. In addition the staff were exceptional.

This was my second time staying at this property and I would highly recommend it! This hotel has a very well thought-out bathroom for women especially. There are multiple mirrors including a lighted vanity area to make getting ready with my husband a breeze....no more fighting over the sink area. I also slept like a dream, the bed is very comfortable and the blackout shades will have you sleeping until noon if you aren't careful! My only "complaint" would be that the lobby and elevator areas were quite warm on our recent stay. Given that the temperatures were 100+ outside this is understandable but it definitely made any time spent at the bar or coffee area a little unpleasant. Fortunately the A/C in the room was nice and cool. Hotel is a little off the beaten path but is a quick uber to Uptown and Victory Park areas.
