7th Floor Studio with panoramic views, Portered Art Deco Building (1930's) in this fashionable neighbourhood. The heart of London at your doorstep: Notting Hill Gate, Hyde Park, High Street Kensington, trendy shops, restaurants and bars, leafy gardens and short walk to Portobello Market.
The space Notting Hill is a superb location for urban travellers, romantic couples, business executives who want London at their doorstep. If you like to exercise outdoors, Hyde Park and Holland Park are round the corner, great for a morning run, weekend picnic or to cycle across the city through the beautiful natural scenery.
Also great for international students who want a quiet space to study in the heart of London's fashionable centre, with all the capital's exciting restaurants, cinemas, exhibition centres and shops within walking distance.

Very quiet and peaceful, with lots of natural light and a small balcony to watch the sunset across London's stunning skyline.
Guest access The entire loft is included for the exclusive use of guests. Ample 40m2, with a separate kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, washing machine, fridge, toaster and coffee machine), bathroom (bathtub and shower), private balcony with panoramic views onto Notting HIll gate. All rooms have windows to the exterior and plenty of natural light.
The flat currently has a double bed (queen size) instead of a sofa-bed. Other things to note DURATION: Short stays are not permitted in this property.
If guests decide to leave earlier than the minimum stay, they will be charged for the entire period, as per normal rental contracts and in accordance with the building's rule of minimum 180 night stays and London city regulation governing short lets.
HEATING: Heating provided is central heating, the entire space is heated with central heating through out. The cost of heating is included in the rental fee.
COSTS INCLUDED ARE: Water, fast speed wifi, central heating, council tax, community charges.
COSTS CHARGED SEPARATELY: 1. Electricity bills are covered up to 50 pounds sterling each months. Bills have rarely exceeded this amount over the last 10 years, but if guests require the expense over this amount, they will be charged for the amount above 50 pounds per month. 2. Internet fast speed is already included in the rental price, however if guests wish to add Cable TV or other telecoms services (land line phone, etc.) they will be charged for these separately at the standard rate charged by the Telecoms service provider (no extra fee added by landlord). 3. Professional cleaning can be contracted as many hours as required, with notice minimum one week in advance. Cleaning will be charged separately at the standard rate of the cleaning company (no extra commission added by landlord).
AMENITIES: For all guests, I will provide bed sheets, pillows, duvet, towels for one or two people (depending on how many people are included in the reservation) as well as a courtesy supply of toilet paper, soap, washing up liquid, etc. sufficient to last for two / three days.
The area is well catered for in terms of supermarkets, amenity stores and 24 hour shops, so you will find it easy to top up on amenities following your preference.
AT CHECK-IN Due to the regulations of the building, we ask our guests to sign an STA (Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement) before check-in. This document helps to identify all residents for security purposes, and indicates the fact that the payments will be processed through the Airbnb system. Feel free to request a copy of this document via email prior to check-in for your perusal.
