Housekeeping was 3 times a week but they refreshed the towels daily. The location of the hotel was perfect between 2 tubs stations. I had multiple nights disturbed by loud stomping from the room above mine, along with the constant sound of crying children. This significantly affected my ability to rest, which is one of the primary reasons for staying at a hotel. Secondly, the condition of the room did not match the images presented online. The decor and amenities were noticeably dated and not up to the standard I was led to expect. Additionally, the housekeeping service was inconsistent at best. On more than one occasion, I had to request basic essentials like towels and shampoo, which should have been replenished automatically during daily service. I chose your hotel based on the assumption of comfort and good service, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
