Llaillay Vacation Packages

My room was not done for 3 days even requesting it at the front desk personally. They receive packages but didn’t call you or message to let you know that they arrived, I still have one missing. Infrastructure is good but service is poor. Non functional for businesses purposes.

Checked into a room with no sheer curtains, fully exposed to adjacent office block, asked front desk to arrange for curtains to be installed on the unused curtain track, arrived back from full day out, no curtains still, room moved at 9pm on a Saturday night to obviously a last sell room, dreadful. Rooms are tired, dated and dark. Cracked sink, taps don’t work, make up mirror had the electric cord removed so no light (throw it out!). The worst W l have stayed in. No cooling available in the two rooms l stayed in yet my sons stayed in another room and the a/c worked in their room??? Incredibly disappointing and the rooms need some money spent on them to maintain an acceptable standard. Back in Santiago for two nights at the end of the week and l am now staying elsewhere. Bar staff excellent.

Excelente departamento, muy bien decorado, muy cómodo, todo pensado, funciona parfecto, el ingresos facilísimo! Además el barrio es increible! Superó con creces mis expectativas. Muy recomendable.

This hotel is a good, solid choice that is clean, comfortable and well located. People are super nice and rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good each day. Good choice!
