"100 yard walk or less across the street to the Sunrise Quad where there was virtually no lift line. You can get your RF card in the lobby of the Inn at Holiday Valley across the street as well as pick up pre-packaged food/toiletries. "

"If you are looking for a place to stay very close to ellicottville this is the place to stay. Hosts are wonderful and the place is very very nice. It is very clean and so comfortable after a day on the slopes or a day shopping. Relaxing in the soaking tub ( located right in the house) is so relaxing and refreshing! Will be staying there again for sure! "

"Had a wonderful stay with 3 families (and several kids) for a long weekend ski trip. Plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked and kids enjoyed the hot tub. Owner was very responsive to texts before and during stay when had questions. "
