Every detail felt intentional, from the cozy robes to the in-room coffee setup. The dining is fantastic, with Lone Eagle Grille standing out as a must-visit — a warm, lodge-style restaurant with floor-to-ceiling lake views and a menu that’s equal parts creative and comforting. Evenings by the massive outdoor fire pit, cocktail in hand, were pure bliss. The resort amenities make it easy to never leave: a serene spa, an inviting pool and hot tubs, and a private beach with lounge chairs and cabanas. The staff is what truly elevates the experience — friendly, proactive, and clearly proud to be part of the Hyatt Tahoe family. "Amazing view of the lake from the deck. Complex is in the hills. The unit is spacious, dated but comfortable. There was no coffee so we had to drive down to town in the morning. Geeke was communicative and helpful and check-in was easy. "

"Easy to find and access. Check-in instructions were helpful. Place was great location for access to Incline Village (especially grocery store) and places like Kings Beach, Sand Harbor, and hiking off Mt. Rose Highway. The hot tub was appreciated after physical activities for sure. We had a few summer storms so did not use the BBQ or fire pit, maybe next time!! I didn't need to reach out to hosts much because we were pretty set, but my one or two messages were responded to immediately. I'd feel comfortable booking this stay again!"

"This is a beautiful home. Check in was easy, the property owner is very responsive to questions, and he didn't ask us to do dishes, laundry, or clean bathrooms on our way out. We did start a load of towels for them anyway!This property had everything we were looking for - lots of space (we had 7 people and it never felt crowded), beautiful, upgraded bathrooms (my husband loved the Toto toilet), a hot tub that was sparkling clean, a fire pit, and a well stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms have queens, the master has a king, and the 4th bathroom has two bunk beds that are a single over a double each. Lots of space! The neighborhood is quiet and at the very top of the hill. Convenient to Incline Village. Everything was clean and there were lots of little extra touches that are so appreciated when you're on vacation - plenty of toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, beach towels, washing machine soap, paper towels, etc.If I had to pick one thing to find fault with, it's advertised as having a lake view but it doesn't really. You CAN see a small wedge of the lake through some trees when you're on the main level, but it's not exactly an amazing, exceptional view. It's just a small thing and all of the other perks to the house far outweigh the lack of a grand view. Overall, this house is fabulous and you won't be disappointed!"
