Room to Breathe: The layout includes 4 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 full baths, ensuring privacy and convenience for the whole crew.  
  
Classic Lake Charm: As a single-unit entire home, you’ll have the privacy of the full property and its waterfront amenities all to yourself.  
  
Direct Water Access: Located right on the shores of the lake, you are steps away from swimming, boating, and sunbathing.  
  
Scenic Views: Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the deck while overlooking the tranquil waters of the Narrows.

Upper Cold Stream Pond  
  
Upper Cold Stream Pond (aka Little Narrows and Big Narrows) are two lakes separated by “the Culvert” on Transalpine Road. They have a combined area of 648 acres. Big Narrows has a mean depth of 28 feet and a max. depth of 66 feet. Little Narrows has a max. depth of 32 feet. Both lakes have great salmon, brook trout, lake trout, white and yellow perch, pickerel, and chub fishing and are great for loon watching.
