The moment we got out of the car to the moment we had to leave, we felt welcomed and honoured. The staff are amazing and helpful, almost always available. The restaurant is situated to provide views that you would pay for willingly. The food is amazing and the service - unmatched. The room - we got the two room suite - was comfortable and clean; you just need to know that to get to the second bedroom, you have to walk through the first. They are in storage floors, decorated differently and the amenities in the room are great. The only thing I would say I would mark as disliked is that walking INTO the room you are immediately welcomed by the bed which makes taking off shoes and such a bit of an annoyance; this is because culturally we do not walk with our outdoor shoes inside. For those that do, may not be an issue. We stated 3 days and 2 nights, which included in-room massages … highly recommend.
