"My husband and I had a great stay at Casita Cole from Feb1-April 5/2024 . Zindis was good to work with . Our house manager , Edgar is the greatest ! Any little issue we had he was right on it . On a larger issue he was so helpful He checked in with us a number of times to make sure all was going well . The world needs more Edgars ! When we booked the property we didn't know the maid came with the rental . Carmen and Sailyn were great , very friendly and trustworthy . Casita Cole was perfectly...

"Eladios place was the perfect stay for me and my family. During our time we enjoyed time relaxing by the pool, and getting to know Eladio and his beautiful family. "We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple."

"Unfortunately my stay here was disappointing. During a pandemic I thought cleanliness should be a given, but the interior of the property was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned at all, despite the 'cleaning fee' that I paid. We had to clean the interior ourselves- kitchen, fridge, lightswitches, toilets, doors because they had dark handprints and fingerprints all over them. We were also terribly displeased with the neighborhood, which seemed like a slum since there were multiple...

"You won’t find a more attentive and available host on VRBO. Belitis and the entire staff (yes this property is fully staffed with property cleaning inside and out) are fantastic. The house is very clean and the layout is phenomenal. Multiple patios and sanctuaries throughout. The views are breathtaking from every angle. Great property."

The hotel could use some upgrades overall bathroom/in the back of the hotel breakfast definitely needs to upgrade because not everybody eats vegan food the perfect store across the street service for Surj. The attitude of the hotel was very good and they went out of the way to make my state as good as possible "
