The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived. I chose the all-inclusive package and did excursions every other day, so I was only on the resort about half of the time. Even with that, I will say the food did get a bit repetitive. It was very catered toward American tastes and didn’t change much throughout the week — that would be my only real downside. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. The service truly stood out. At the swim-up bar, Elias went above and beyond for my kids, who kept ordering virgin margaritas.
