We had a mixed stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff members were exceptionally nice, warm, and friendly throughout our visit. The pool area is very nice, though it is worth noting that the water gets quite cold after 5:00 PM.
Unfortunately, several room and amenity issues impacted our overall comfort: The jacuzzi had no hot water, making it unusable during our stay. The AC unit in the room is quite old and struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The door to our room needs proper maintenance. The food quality was acceptable, but the menu definitely needs more variety.
The hospitality from the staff is fantastic, but the property requires maintenance updates
