"A large and perhaps a little soulless hotel, but the rooms were comfortable and warm with plenty of hot water. The buffet style food was very good but got rather monotonous after a week. Somewhat surprised that there was no night manager on duty"

"L’établissement est bien situé et agréable, et ce n’est pas un mauvais lieu en soi. Cependant, il est important d’être transparent, il est affiché comme un hôtel alors qu’il fonctionne en réalité comme une résidence autonome. Si vous recherchez un véritable hôtel avec services et accueil, ce n’est pas l’endroit adapté. Tout est en self-service, avec des démarches d’état des lieux à l’arrivée et à la sortie, et une réception non ouverte en continu, ce qui limite l’assistance. Le ménage de fin de séjour peut être facturé, mais de manière paradoxale même en payant le ménage la cuisine n’est pas incluse. Les clients paient donc un service tout en étant obligés de nettoyer eux-mêmes. La piscine est un point positif, mais très orientée familles, avec beaucoup de bruit et des plongeons fréquents malgré les règles affichées. Les horaires sont excessivement déséquilibrés, avec un check-in tardif à 17h et un check-out à 10h, ce qui est peu raisonnable. Finalement l’attitude de la cheffe d’équipe, une dame d’un certain âge aux cheveux courts, a totalement gâché la fin de l’expérience. Depuis le premier jour un manque totale d’amabilité, soupirs, regards déplacés et ton sec, même pour de simples demandes. Lors de l’état des lieux de sortie, à 10h du check-out elle nous a demandé de quitter le logement immédiatement malgré le fait d’être déjà prêts avec nos bagages, avec une attitude froide et autoritaire. Expérience finale négative."
