Lenox Vacation Packages

My reasonable expectations for Sheraton/Marriott hotel did not meet reasonable expectations. The hotel ambiance was severely outdated.the website show a beautiful functional swimming pool area and the pool has been "out-of-service for 3 years. There were no refrigerator in room, ice makers out-of-service, and the breakfast options horrible. Although the GM (Sonya) was professional and apologetic and the other staff (Jessica) were very hospitable there was nothing that could be done to make the inconveniences a non-factor. I would still recommend a stay...smh

Building was very clean. Front desk personnel were very pleasant and professional.

Property is near to highway, very easy to come and go.

Super clean. Staff was awesome from chech in to check out.

Very cozy, we had an interior room and the view from the balcony was great! The breakfast was 10/10, had lots of variety! There was plenty of things to do, even had a kid friendly area which was much appreciated!
