"What a perfect home on a beautiful rippling river!!! The house was also pet friendly which is the only way we go. We only had one little snag & the host took care of it immediately! Everything you need for your stay was there. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!"

"Absolutely Incredible Durango Getaway! We had an absolutely incredible stay! The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully stocked with wonderful amenities. We especially loved the local coffee—a perfect touch for enjoying our mornings!Our 3-year-old niece had the BEST time feeding the fish, which was definitely a highlight of our trip!The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of meeting the homeowners, who were on the property for part of our visit and were so kind and welcoming.Beautiful walking trials and close river access. One thing to note if you plan on cooking: the home has an induction cooktop, which worked okay for our needs, but there is no oven. Just plan your meals accordingly!Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The property was wonderful, the hospitality was fantastic, and we made some amazing family memories. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Durango!"

"So nice to walk in and everything was as expected! The house is very well appointed. It is a really nice 2 bedroom cabin. Nicely decorated and updated.It is across the street from the Florida river with fishing access.We had our two dogs with us. There is a nice yard for them and some beautiful walking areas nearby.There is a very nice wood burning fireplace with lots of firewood.The tv was effortless with both local news and many streaming services.This is a very nice spot."

"If you're looking for a rustic cabin by the river then this is the place. Didn't have much luck fishing but the trout here were good sized. Was nice sitting by the river in the mornings and evenings. I would definitely rent this place again. Loved the natural sky lighting."

"Great property with huge doorway opening to hear the babbling brook in the background all day. You could tell it had recently been remodeled and upgraded. The only complaint was the hot water had a stinky "sulfur" smell to it."
