Firstly, there was no goddam reservation. There was no record of a reservation although paid for. The maison d'hote is not even a client of yours. We were left in the cold in a foreign country without lodging. I will try to contact the appropriate people a ebookers.ch tommorrow 27.06.2022 for a reimbursement but quite frankly I believe we have been defrauded- yes fraud.
