"We stayed in a very clean, comfortable room. However, there was a soccer children's event going on. There was loudness of kids up to around 12:00 on our hall."

I needed a *printed* receipt, but was unable to obtain one at this time, because I had an appointment to be at. I had to phone in later in the day and have them e-mail me one. "

"The first room had a rat. The second room had a Giant Cockroach crawling around the bed. There's a leaking ceiling in the lobby need the breakfast. This hotel still owes me money a week later. Their now ignoring me so I'll contact Hilton directly. Avoid this location at ALL COST. GO TO THE BRAND NEW GARLAND LOCATION OR MEDICAL CITY LOCATION "
