"Most of the time when you see pictures of a property, you expect the best pictures to be taken of the lobby and the best staged room for photos. In my case, on my most recent stay September 5-7, 2026, the website and what I saw in person matched! The hotel is older, but you can tell it has been remodeled very nicely. The lobby is gorgeous! "Moe R." who was at the front desk on my first day and last, was so welcoming. His customer service was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL! I booked my hotel stay online. So, I am picky about which way my room faces and he allowed me to see the room before finalizing our room keys. The property felt safe. Breakfast was really good. We were on the 3rd floor so no noise. Our room was very nice and the beds so comfortable, I slept very well both nights. This hotel location was only 7 minutes away from my family who lives in Plano. This was our first visit and so going back and forth to the hotel to their house was so convenient. I would unequivocally recommend this hotel for future stays because this is where I will be going when I visit Plano again. Thank you!"

"This was second time we stayed in the hotel. Excellent hotel and location was perfect for what we needed. The look is really neat. The only gripe we had this time was that we approached the hotel staff on Saturday evening and had some questions about the wine offerings for sale. She seemed annoyed at the questions and instead of just politely saying something like, "I'm sorry, I'm not sure", she answered in a way that basically was another way of saying "Figure it out". This particular person has been a one off because the rest of the staff from our previous stay and other times we approached the desk were wonderful."
