Laurel Bay Vacation Packages

This condo was excellent it had everything we needed very clean. Large rooms, washer and dryer in the room. Easy access to the beach and pool. Just minutes from a grocery store. Very family friendly I felt safe taking my kids to the beach by myself. The parking garage was a little tight as we drive a Jeep Wagoneer you would want to back in to insure you were able to get out as spots were limited for a larger vehicle but smaller SUV’s would be no problem. I would definitely stay again even with the parking. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

We had a good stay with the exception of the add-on amenity prices. We booked online and was told it would be $179 at check, but when we checked in, we were told it was $400 in amenitities. We had to pay for the pool, which we never got to get in bc there were no chairs available or it rained. We did walk out to the pool area and there were wads of hair floating in it. To rent a Cabana, which was two chair and an umbrella, it was $300 an hour. Yikes! We paid for a safe that was in our room, and never used it. The walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors and people running around. The drinks at The Palm were rather pricey for one can of beer $12 and a small cup of margarita for $14. Plus we had to either pay for Valet parking for about $50 a day or park in the public parking lot 2 blocks over for $24 a day. Plus it stated on the website we were suppose to have Ryder Hotel robes, and we never seen them. We did not have a balcony and when we asked the front desk questions, they had no answer and had to wait to find someone who knew the answer. I like the decor and beds were comfy. So all in all, we would probably not come back due to the outrageous price! After paying for the online cost, the cost for parking everyday and the amenities it was almost $2500. We are OFFICIALLY broke now.

Great place to stay! Beautiful views and rooms. They could use a little more staff. It was hard to find someone when we had questions. But overall a wonderful stay!

I have only 2 bad things about this property the AC will not keep the room cool enough and there is limited parking on site you will have to walk a block to park your car in a parking lot

You should check your bill carefully upon checkout. The wrong vehicle was listed on my statement, which made me think I was paying for someone else bill
