Amanda, front desk apologized, stating she could not refund because I booked through a third party. Hotels.com says they cannot refund, the hotel will need to refund because they already have the money. I didnt even stay. I was in and out of the property in 5 minutes trying to find somewhere clean and safe for my children to stay."

"One blanket for a two bed room. A rude and thoughtless front desk clerk who wanted to be as unhelpful as possible with basic amenities. My significant other had asked for another blanket at the front desk and was told "We don't have anymore and the laundry lady has already left for the night". I did not trust leaving belongings unattended. AC issues in room. Badly maintained property, one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. "
