"The hotel was clean and so was our room. The only thing that wasn't good was there was no wifi for us to use. I have a set of autistic twin boy's and they were very miserable and unhappy. They work so hard for their money to be able to go stay at this hotel and wifi is a huge deal for them. If i would have known there was no wifi we would have never stayed. I feel we should be compensated something back or something toward another room since we have been staying there atleast once a month. "

"After making the reservation, we were emailed to advise the the pool was closed. The game room was closed. The restaurant was closed, but would still host a breakfast. Parking was pay to park. All these amenities were promoted during the booking. After making the reservation, suddenly the amenities we expected to have, were not available. "

"It was ok. The issue we had was housekeeping left our door open after they cleaned it. We got back to the room and our door was ajar. I reported this to the front desk person. Thankfully nothing was stolen."
