"The pool, hot tub, and restaurant were closed. The hotel was under construction. I booked this place specifically for the pool for my 3 kids. Nowhere did it mention that the place was under construction."
"This place was AMAZING!! From the convenient location, high end amenities and very cute aesthetic, we loved everything about this place! The steam shower was INCREDIBLE and we truly loved everything about our stay. We will absolutely be back and recommend to others! "

"Great place! Great location!! The property is described perfectly. The king size bed … super comfy. Lots of room and gorgeous views of the mountains. We appreciated being on top of the Mtn away from traffic and pedestrians :-))). Good hiking right out the door too!"
"Not a new cookie cutter hotel, but an authentic carefully managed property with a personal touch. We especially enjoyed the comfort of the lobby where you can use your hotel room card to purchase a glass of wine or a 2 oz shot of booze. The name may be nordic, but I would call it Bavarian. The door in the bathroom was solid wood and the ceiling was wood. The breakfast room was thoughfully organized and the free breakfast was about as good as you can get without a cook.
We live in Colorado and will return again next summer."
