They did everything to minimize the hassle and inconvenience resulting from a situation that was triggered by the other unit (which wasn't one of their units)."

"Great stay. My all adult family of 8 enjoyed the property, the view, and most of all the large hot tub. We cooked most meals and kitchen was fine. Access to the slopes was a little bit of a hike, but nbd overall. Not quite ski in/out, but pretty close to the Homeowners run. Crested butte offers a free app-based shuttle service from the homes to the ski base so those that wanted to be delivered to the base were able to do that. Overall a great place to stay in CB."
