"Algo que fue muy extraño es que no hay entrada directa a la propiedad, y el staff no ayuda en nada. Mi esposa tuve que pedir un recivo como 5 veces y el front desk le dicia que estaba con el restaurante y el restaurante le decia que estaba con el front desk. Ademas de eso baje a comprar un peine y me lo vendieron que esta bien pero no habia nadien para atendernos cuando fuimos a comprarlo. Pregunte donde podia comprar una cerveza y en vez de mandarme a su bar me dijo que pidiera un didi el problema con eso era que nosotros nos perdimos teniendo la dirección y no muchos ubers sabian como llegar "

"The hotel is new with great design and aesthetics. Staff were helpful. Location is great. Warning: the pool is not part of this hotel and that is not advertised. It is part of the Intercontiential hotel. Which means you have to be escorted by their reception staff to the pool to gain access and have to be escorted to the toilets while using the pool because you don’t have an access card yourself. This felt awkward to keep asking to be escorted and it felt like I wasn’t welcome. This massively impacted my experience here as a solo female traveller. "
