You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The villa is laid out on two floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge and dining room. The kitchen and an under-stairs desk area. To the back of the property is a shower room and a double bedroom. The downstairs double bedroom has patio doors that lead out to a private and secure patio area, with a garden table and chairs and 2 sun loungers.

Upstairs there is a large master bedroom, with an en suite shower room and a balcony with a couple of chairs where you can sit and enjoy the ocean views.

Also upstairs is the third double bedroom.

Private and secure patio area, with a garden table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. The complex has a large communal pool (the pool is not heated) and there are plenty of sun loungers.

The villa is located close to 2 supermarkets and also close to the sea front path, so you are only a 7 min walk to Las Colorados beach and a 15 minute walk to the Marina Rubicon restaurants and shops.

The property has an alarm with a photodetector that focuses on the living room.

Please note: the community pool is being renovated as of April 1 and will be closed for approximately 6 weeks.
