"The staff was friendly and welcoming, and parking was fine. However, our overall experience was disappointing. The room was clean, but the strong smell of bleach was unpleasant. There was also a constant drip from the bathtub faucet, and the bed was extremely squeaky, which made it hard to rest. The room temperature was another issue — it was quite cold, and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to make any difference. On top of that, noise from the nearby highway was very disruptive. Unfortunately, there was also a group in the next room playing loud music and laughing late into the night (around 1 a.m.), which was very disturbing. We had to contact the concierge to address the situation. Overall, not a great stay and quite disappointing."

"I only wanted a muffin or bagle but both were stale. Coffee was OK but would have been nice if they had real cream."

"Parking didn’t look safe at all. I asked for a 6 am wake up call and didn’t get one. The police were there on Saturday morning due to a husband and wife fighting with each other and their kid was running a muck everywhere. No fridge was on it the room like said online when we booked the room. My room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced after Friday night use had to reuse what was there. Call down no one answered. Saturday night the fight was on again with the same family. The mother was beaten the kid in the hallway. Husband was screaming at the wife. A dog was barking down the hallway both nights as he could hear them fighting. The lady that checked me in was great and the two males were absolutely useless. I hope I will never go there ever even if it was free. It’s was the worse experience I’ve ever had in every place I’ve ever stayed in. It was an absolute nightmare. "

"My stay was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, exactly as described, and even better than the photos. The host was extremely welcoming, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to any questions. The check-in process was smooth, and all the little touches made the stay feel extra comfortable. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, would love to come back again! "
