"Terrible. 91 degrees inside the house. Poor management. No response from the host. I would highly recommend Nothing about this house but to save yourself from Hell and Robbery. Our Family of 16 regret staying here and are in the process of seeking refund right now! They even had the nerve to ask me could I fix it???????????"

"Property was just as described. Very clean and comfortable at an affordable fee. Owner is a really exceptional person to deal with. Area is close to many attractions. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful Babe Zaharias Golf Course which is a couple of minutes from the property. We really enjoyed our stay."

"-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch."

"My husband & I came to Tampa from Canada for a rock concert. This place was a fantastic oasis to relax in between exploring the area. Great location. Comfortable bed and lovely recliner couch . Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Easy communication with the host. Our favorite thing to do was relax on the deck in the evening and enjoy the view of the river and listen to the bird sounds. Would definitely recommend this place. "
