"We had a nice stay. However, we were disappointed that we could not walk from the Lodge to the Main clubhouse, golf courses, and dance floor mini golf, etc. The website made it seem like they were all together. The Marina was closed so besides hanging out by the pool, we didn’t spend much time at the hotel. We really loved Emily at the front desk.. she was top-notch and we would give her five stars! So friendly and helpful!!!"

"The room was a very large suite. Very clean and nice balcony facing the lake. It had a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. It was hard at times to find staff behind the front desk. That’s the only way to get ice. Was not a fan of that idea. The only thing that wrecked our stay was the road noise. The motel is right on the main road. Constant loud trucks, motor cycles, cars, going by one right after another. It finally slowed down by 10:30pm but started again by 5:30am. It’s great if you want to be on lake Geneva for walking. Only a few block from the shopping downtown."

Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark

"Wish that the person who checked me in gave me information about the hotel. She basically gave me the keycard. And told me where the elevator was. Nothing else. No info about what was on the site. Not even the hours for the water park Found out later that I could have went to the grand cayman and use the amenities there but nope. The hotel was excellent. So very clean. For that part I really thank you but the reception check in not so much."

"Over the labor day weekend we stayed here. The place was very clean and very friendly. Nothing fancy but we also didn't have to stay 3 day minimum. (Which many places there only excepted) We had nothing but friendly staff. We would definitely stay again"
