Truthfully I love this place and I come here every trip I take to California. Myself, my wife, and my daughter stay and enjoy the week together. It’s nice and quiet so there’s nothing to worry about. There’s a nice underground parking space under the hotel so you don’t have to go in the sun if it’s free. Just watch the space because it’s a little tight.
The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help out if needed.
The only serious issue I have is the keycard. I have issues with it every time I go. It’ll just stop working and they tell you to “keep it away from electronics like cellphones and keys” but even if I do it stops working. Regardless it’s a nice area and close to the mall so I think it’s worth the trouble. Hopefully they'll fix that in the future.
