Third visit. Very good layout… the rooms are great and the bed is dreamy. The bar is unique and as good as it gets and the breakfast is great with made to order items and fantastic service. The value and luxury/$ ius off the map. I will be back on my next trip! Location is great for all things downtown and riverside. My favorite hotel stay.

The hotel was good clean ! Elevators fast 3 to use never waited on an elevator ! Will stay again ! Parking lot big lots of room ! But will never use Expedia again to book anything as if you don’t check and there website changes the date from what you enter and don’t take there cancellation insurance they will steal your money even if you call and tell them what happened! They can see that you made another reservation for the correct day so it would make sense if you were a class company you would change the booking and not steal my money ! Last time user of Expedia !

The good: Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool. Breakfast was very good for a buffet, and the staff working the breakfast area was a rockstar. The bad: The front desk clerk was disorganized and seemed unfamiliar with the system and couldn't figure out our booking until another staff member came to help. He was also noisily chewing gum during our interaction. We were put up on the 4th floor, and the vent valve of range hood was loose in the vent, and it was flapping and squeaking loudly all night with the wind. At first we thought someone down the hall was opening and closing their door repeatedly because of the volume of the noise, but it was actually the range vent. My parents were in the room next to ours and had the same issue with their vent. As a result, none of us had a restful sleep at all. We did bring this up at checkout.

Very helpful staff. Good room. Waterslide was fun
