It is also located right next to the bus stop if wanting to go to Como or Bellagio by bus instead of driving. "Upon arrival, we were greeted to dirty dishes, smelly refrigerator, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryer as well as a lack of cleaning of the property and a number of broken items. Contacted the management company who asked for us to send pictures which we did and they subsequently sent cleaners over who did the bare minimum as they only vacuumed the main floor, not the other floors. "Charming house with lovely view. Positives were the open plan central floor where we could all meet, and the view from the top floor bedroom. Negatives were the regular power cuts, the smaller bedrooms are hot without AC, and the walk to Menaggio is 30 minutes and of questionable safety in sections. Overall we had a delightful stay, a great time was had by all and George was really helpful !"

"The villa was beautiful! Had two balconies to chose from which both overlooked the lake. The bathroom was modern and even had a sauna inside. Parking can be slightly difficult to find but we were lucky during our stay to find spaces not too far away from the villa"

If you can believe it, the villa, the rooms, the views and the lake are all even more beautiful than the pictures.
