Our 1562 sf 2 bed/2 bath bath brand new home with a loft has some of the best mountain views in La Quinta! 2 minute walk to the Signature resort clubhouse. Heated resort style pool/hot tub/ fitness gym and less than 4 miles from the Coachella Music Festival Fairgrounds.

LIVING: Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a very comfortable sofa, plenty of seating and a large 65`` Smart TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.
OUTSIDE: The living room opens up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group. The beautifully landscaped yard features an outdoor dining table, couch seating area, putting green a gas BBQ along with corn hole and epic Santa Rosa mountain views.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig (k-cups provided), toaster and blender.
KITCHEN: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer.
COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have access to the resort style community pool and jacuzzi. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard . (Key FOBs are in the home)
LOCATION: Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella/Stage Coach festivals); minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden (BNP Paribas Open), Old Town La Quinta, and all the golf courses. Highway 111 is close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 15 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations. 45 minutes to the south entrance of Joshua Tree National Park.

GUEST ACCESS- Guests have access to the entire estate. The entire property is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! Other things to note….
- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. There is a 24 hour gate security for access to the community.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes keurig cups and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? We have an indoor music system. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker in case you have Bluetooth connectivity issues since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS? No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.
NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).
POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

The house was just like the pictures. Wonderful neighborhood and very quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would 100% stay there again. Also, the house comes with a website with everything you need to know.
