This villa features 3,900 sqft of open concept living space with 5 guest suites, 4.5 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The outdoor living spaces of Casa Agave provide the finest in resort-style amenities within a private villa setting. Anchored by the large saltwater pool with integrated spa and tanning shelf, the outdoor areas also boast an al fresco dining space, fire pit, putting green, gas BBQ, chaise lounge chairs, abundant sitting areas and free-standing umbrellas. This is sure to be the gathering place where you'll want to spend the most time, enjoying the striking golf course views and warm desert sunshine year-round. Looking for more entertainment options? Head to the interior courtyard and enjoy a game of ping pong on the custom marble and steel game table! As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties. All TRAVLR Vacation Homes guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. Close by is the Stadium Course Club House with full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. If you are looking to play golf at PGA West there are three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. LOCATION Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? TRAVLR Vacation Homes does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time (day or night), including, but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV's. This includes any amplified sound indoors that can be heard outside. City fines start at $6,000 and are strictly enforced. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Over the pool, the golf course and to the mountains. The house has lots of room for everyone. Everyone had fun playing pool and ping pong and the swimming pool and hot tub were used multiple times a day. Jen, the host was very quick to respond with answers to everything before we got there. After when we were there we had an issue with the front door and they sent someone out that day to fix it. It is a wonderful house in a beautiful setting. The only thing our family members said was they wished there were dressers in bedrooms to put things in. There are good closets and they just used their suitcases, but wished there had been some drawers. The primary bedroom has a large dresser. This was a minor detail in the big picture. Everyone had their own rooms and bath rooms (one room was through another, but staggered visit times made it ok). Loved the large well appointed kitchen! The pool and spa were used daily. It was nice having a big dining table for meals and after dinner games. We had a few little issues and received immediate responses from the management service. The only downside for us was the 12 person limit at the house. Two family members live in La Quinta and their adult children were visiting. We had hoped to host a dinner or even a lunch with all the family, but the limit wouldn't allow for it. It is a very understandable rule, just inconvenient for us for this visit. We have stayed as a group at several VRBOs in other areas, and this was by far the favorite. The "kids" hope we stay there again next year. ##### Mary H. That being said, we were all in complete awe of the home. It is stunning in the photos but absolutely breathtaking in person. It has extremely high ceilings, is decorated perfectly, and extremely spacious. Every single little detail was thought of, down to the books in the living room, some were so funny we fell to the ground laughing. If you are a neat freak this is the home for you. I can't believe how immaculately clean every inch of the home was, especially the kitchen. It was so well stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. The wet bar has an ice maker and a water filtration system which made our lives so much easier. The sound system in the house was impressive (we are all music junkies). Each room was in its own section, had its own bathroom, and a king size bed, which offered so much privacy. We spent a lot more time in the home than we thought we would because it actually felt like home. The best part though was the backyard with the view. We felt like we were in nature without having to actually deal with nature lol and watching the sunsets was magical. Management was quick to respond to anything we needed and helped with recommendations for nearby restaurants... although we couldn't get ourselves to leave the home. I don't like staying in the same place twice but this is a home we would all love to return to. Thank you for creating the perfect environment and thinking of every single detail to help make our stay perfect. We are all very appreciative. ##### Patile G. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The neighborhood is friendly and very well maintained. We loved all of the furnishings, the variety of activities available in the house (pool table, ping pong etc.) and the views of the golf course were fantastic.
