This remarkable estate welcomes guests through a private gated courtyard with a tranquil water feature leading to the custom 9ft glass entry doors. Walk into the open concept great room featuring a modern stacked stone fireplace that reaches from floor to ceiling with a large HDTV, fireplace, elegant design and awe-inspiring mountain views that are highlighted by the indoor/outdoor living space created by the disappearing glass wall. Looking to wind down after a long day of golf? Enjoy cocktails and conversations at the fully-equipped wet bar with a wine fridge and barstools just off the living room.

This luxurious desert lifestyle continues as you enter the fully-equipped and remodeled chef's kitchen. The stainless-steel appliances, double oven and oversized center island offers the perfect space for everyone to help create an amazing meal together, or to gather around socializing while sharing appetizers. There are ample seating options as well between the wrap-around breakfast bar, casual kitchen table and formal dining area with an elegant chandelier seats eight guests.

While the interior of Villa Lago is beautifully appointed, the grounds are perfectly maintained and feature striking views of the purple mountains in the distance. The large, private pool features a raised hot tub and sleek infinity edge overlooking the serene lake. There are plenty of lounge chairs and sofa seating to enjoy the view or share a glass of wine. After another amazing day in the California Desert, grill up some steaks at the built-in BBQ island and enjoy your meal al fresco at the outdoor dining table that seamlessly opens to the main living area of the home.

There are four suites throughout Villa Lago plus a separate media room that can double as a private office space with room for a Queen Size Air Mattress upon request. With nearly 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, there are endless possibilities to make great memories here at Villa Lago.

The Primary Suite features a king bed adorned with premium bedding, stone fireplace, and large sliding doors that open directly to the backyard. The ensuite bath is quite lavish, with a soaking tub, double vanity, walk in closet and ample space.

The detached casita provides a couple with a private retreat of their own. Walk into the open bungalow and you'll find a king bed, flat screen tv, desk, ensuite bath and kitchenette. There's also a private outdoor sitting area to read a book or enjoy your morning coffee.

There is space available for up to 5 cars total between the driveway and garage. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles not permitted.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

LOCATION
Close distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time (day or night), including, but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV's. This includes any amplified sound indoors that can be heard outside. City fines start at $1,000 and are strictly enforced.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.

The property has exterior security cameras for guest safety and home protection. Vrbo requires hosts to inform guests of any such or device. These surveillance devices are only located on the exterior of the property.
