The Space:
This upstairs lock off studio includes a spacious bedroom with a King size bed, cozy fireplace, Desk and large smart TV. The Master Bathroom has beautiful upgraded features including a walk in shower and a large soaking tub. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, sink, and your choice of a Keurig coffee maker or standard drip coffee maker. The kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes and flatware to make your stay comfortable. Dine outside on the private patio with breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Enjoy the beautiful upgrades and thoughtful amenities that set this Villa apart from all of the rest!

Lovely little casita

My daughter and I stayed here and loved it!! The studio was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. We also felt very safe within the beautiful gated community. My daughter especially loved the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!!

Excessive noise each day.

We were looking forward to a relaxing vacation however, tree trimming woke us up at 7AM on the days we stayed. We also did not use the pool facilities b/c the noise was so bothersome. I'm sure the HOA was informed that tree trimming was going to take place on certain dates. We were not. One evening there were teenagers doing donuts with a car a within the complex. Calling front gate security proved useless. If the management would have mentioned about the tree trimming schedule we would have rented elsewhere.

Sweet serenity

My mother and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very tranquil and not busy at all. We were able to utilize the pools and various areas. The jacuzzi was very relaxing. The main pool had children and families. However, we did get mosquito bites there so bring your spray. The other smaller pools were very inviting. We walked the property, and it was just gorgeous views, of clouds, and wonderful air to breath in. The host communicated very well when needed. We enjoyed the overall serenity of the villas that we asked to stay another night. The king bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a crackling fire at any given moment. The AC is very nice to have in the Villa as well. It is a more modern Villa which was nice to have. I recommend this place for a nice get away in a Studio VIlla.

Love legacy villas

We love the whole property and grounds. Beautiful and peaceful. Lots of pools to choose from. This particular unit was very nice. My husband wanted a balcony studio unit this trip, and it was available at the right price too. Comfy bed it's high off the grand so bring a step stool or request one. I'm 5'6" and had to hop up. Updated decor. Small under counter fridge(no freezer) We will definitely search this place out on a return trip to LA quinta.

La Quinta Getaway

This was a lovely upstairs villa with an awesome view. It was very clean and was just as the pictures portrayed. It served our needs for the 2 days we visited the area. Would stay here again.

Nice, hard to find unit.

We arrived very late due to airline issues. We found the Villas easily enough, but couldn't find the unit because the building was marked differently than other buildings and poorly lighted. The shower floor is covered in some sort of plastic or vinyl that is cracked and peeling. Storage is minimal. The Villas is beautiful.

Stunning Studio Villa

This beautifully remodeled studio villa was the perfect getaway! Everything has been updated and was perfectly appointed. Very comfortable & inviting. Beautiful view of the Santa Rosas from the patio. Legacy is the perfect getaway when visiting the desert.
