This was one of my best experiences traveling to Kyoto. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. All the amenities were conveniently located, and we easily found everything we needed. We were traveling with our 1-year-old child, and having an entire house to ourselves—including space to store a stroller, a tatami room, and a proper bathroom—made our trip especially comfortable and enjoyable.

This lovely, well designed property made our time in Kyoto simply wonderful. It is nearly brand new and everything works as you might hope, with a binder also provided that explains how to operate all the technology. Perfectly located, too.

Family vacation in Kyoto

Fantastic location. Very spacious property and extremely clean with everything you could need for your stay in Kyoto. The pocket WiFi provided was a huge bonus. Property management is happy to assist with anything you could need. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Kyoto.

非常美好的入住体验。 需要注意到是，办理入住手续的地点与旅馆不在同一地点， 收到预订确认信之后需仔细阅读。 从京都火车站出来搭地铁三站地到乌丸御池站下车，步行7、8分钟到达旅馆。 很可爱的独立住房，上下两层，共可住5人： 楼上的小间卧室有一张单人床； 楼下两张单人床，另有两个榻榻米床铺。 洗手间仅在楼上， 睡在楼下起夜稍显不便。 浴室水温中控系统远优于星级酒店， 现代感极强。 洗衣机非常方便， 虽不带有烘干功能，但浴室加温专有一档用于衣物烘干。 厨房设备齐全。 出门右转见到大路再右转， 骑行3分钟可到达24小时营业的Fresco超市购买食材。 门厅存放5辆自行车免费使用， 在好天气时，京都十分适合骑车游览。 金阁寺位于旅店西北方向6公里处，银阁寺在东偏北方向6公里处， 30分钟均可骑车到达。 步行至二条城仅需10分钟。骑行至祗园最繁华地段不过15分钟，但在餐厅用餐时自行车停放可能会是个问题（N多餐厅门口不允许停放自行车）。

Great vacation home in the centre of Kyoto.

Nestled in a very narrow street which adds to the character. Lots of nice restaurants and boutique shops nearby. Very clean, great layout, only negative was upstairs bedroom could have a darker blind and traffic can be heard.

Nice place, perfect for a family

The place is somewhat like a townhouse with the luxuries of a place to stay/sleep and a place to cook and eat. Loved that they provided a pocket wifi for their guests to use! The bathroom was very clean and the toilet was separate from the shower, which was actually quite useful since we had to share a bathroom (essentially we could still use the toilet while someone was showering). The place however was quite cold, but there were heaters in every room, so if you wanted to come back to a warm place, you would have to leave it on while you were away. Overall, great place with a reasonable price. Would recommend and come again
