Despite previous reviews that there were a lack of cooking and washing up utensils, they will still insufficient and we had to source our own. Sadly, the property manager would not help us book a taxi from the accommodation to the station so we struggled with our suitcases on a main road for 25 minutes before we could get a taxi to accept our fare to the Shinkansen station.
