The hotel itself is comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located — and the rooms are impressively clean, modern, and thoughtfully maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. What truly set this experience apart was the incredible staff. Adam and Saif were phenomenal throughout our entire visit. They anticipated every need, handled every detail with care, and made us feel completely looked after. They arranged seamless airport transfers, organized fantastic tours, and were always available with helpful suggestions and genuine hospitality. Their professionalism and kindness elevated our trip in every way. Only area you should stay in downtown Cairo…Modern hotel with modern amenities and extremely professional. Only downside is the constant cigarette smoke inside the building. That is a lot to experience 24/7 on your stay in Cairo! Be ready to negotiate and re-negotiate everything you do in the city 😂 It’s a bit too much, but try to have a little fun with it too 😉
