"Wir waren 9 Tage im Hane Family. Das Personal war überwiegend genervt. Es gab wenige Kellner, die freundlich und bemüht waren. Man hatte fast Angst, was zu bestellen, auch an den Theken. Ein Restaurant-„Chef” namens Yılmaz war der unfreundlichste und aroganteste Mitarbeiter im ganzen Hotel. Er hat nicht nur die anderen Kellner, sondern auch die Gäste angemotzt, wenn man bspw. nach einem freien Tisch gefragt hat.
